You are looking at a Vintage Foster Bros. No 8 Meat Cleaver. This cleaver is approximately 16 1/4" Overall length. It has an 8" blade and a beautiful patina. Everything appears to be original, and we have not restored the knife in order to maintain the original beauty. It could be restored if desired. The weight of the cleaver is almost 3 pounds and will make a beautiful collector piece or a beast of a cleaver in the kitchen.
