The 4" D2 tool steel blade is hand ground by Silver Stag craftsmen and heat treated to 62 Rockwell hardness — delivering extreme wear resistance, outstanding edge retention, and the toughness to handle extended field use without compromise. The blade geometry is specifically optimized for skinning — providing a sweeping, controlled cut along the hide that separates cleanly and efficiently on both big and small game. Whether you're pulling hide on a whitetail, caping a trophy bull, or working through the detailed skinning tasks that demand a capable, confident blade, the Cascade Hunter performs with authority. Note that a light coat of oil after use keeps the D2 blade in peak condition.

The crown antler handle is hand shaped, hand polished, and individually fitted by Silver Stag craftsmen from select North American antler.
