The 6.5 BoneStag handle is genuine bone — sourced from the shin bone of Zebu cattle — that has been given rich honey and amber tones through a multi-step treatment, then specially jigged and hand-flamed by Case artisans under an open flame — exactly as they treat Genuine Stag — to achieve a unique golden brown look and feel that beautifully mimics authentic antler. The result is a handle with the warmth and natural character of real bone and the rugged, worn-in aesthetic of antler, making every knife in this family a one-of-a-kind piece.
