The 3.375" fish scaler blade is where this knife truly earns its keep — a special serrated design engineered specifically for scaling fish, with an edge that's intentionally not too sharp, allowing the blade to get cleanly under the scales and flake them off without cutting into the skin. The tip of the scaler blade features an integrated hook disgorger — a curved extension designed to remove hooks from a fish's mouth safely and efficiently, giving you far more control than working with your fingers. Both blades are crafted from Case Tru-Sharp surgical stainless steel with a tumble polish finish for outstanding corrosion resistance — critical for a knife that will see regular exposure to water, fish slime, and the elements.
