The 3.54" spear point blade is CPM-MagnaCut stainless steel, hardened to 60–62 HRC with a black Cerakote finish. MagnaCut is one of the most advanced blade steels available today — a powder metallurgy stainless steel engineered to eliminate the chromium carbides that compromise toughness in conventional stainless steels. The result is exceptional edge retention, outstanding corrosion resistance, and the kind of through-cutting toughness that earns it comparisons to the best non-stainless tool steels. The high grind profile maximizes sliceability, making the Dacian feel effortless on everything from food prep to rope work to daily utility cuts. The spear point geometry offers precise tip control for detail work while keeping the blade profile versatile across tasks.

The handle is black canvas Micarta — a compressed layered composite that's impervious to moisture, provides a consistently secure grip in wet or cold conditions, and gets more comfortable with time. Deep finger grooves are contoured for natural hand placement in multiple grip positions, and the full tang construction ensures the handle and blade are one piece of steel. Black oxide hardware throughout keeps the aesthetic cohesive and low-profile. A lanyard hole at the base adds retention options, and the included deep-carry pocket clip means this fixed blade can ride in a pocket like a folder — the carry option that makes the Dacian genuinely practical for daily use.

The black leather scout-carry sheath with a molded Boltaron insert offers positive retention and easy one-handed draw, with carry options across belt, pocket, or waistband.
