Designed by Greg Thompson as part of the Special Operations Combat Program, the Mini SOCP scales down the proven 176BK Dagger for faster, more discreet carry — without sacrificing a single element of the system that has made the SOCP family a trusted tool for law enforcement and military professionals worldwide.

The 2.22" spear-point blade is crafted from 440C stainless steel (58-60 HRC) with a single-edge grind and durable FDE (Flat Dark Earth) Cerakote finish — providing excellent edge retention, corrosion resistance, and a low-visibility tactical profile that disappears in any operational context. The entire knife is skeletonized from a single piece of 440C stainless steel, eliminating joints and weak points while keeping overall weight to just 1.81 oz. Three finger grooves on each side of the handle provide confident, precise grip control, and the signature kunai-style finger ring at the base of the handle gives you a secure, locked-in hold that enables rapid deployment and intuitive retention — the defining feature of the SOCP system that lets you maintain grip dexterity for other tasks without releasing the knife.

The included tan injection-molded SOCP sheath features a deep-carry J-hook clip for ambidextrous vertical or horizontal carry on a belt, vest, pack, waders, or concealed position — keeping the knife instantly accessible in any configuration. MOLLE compatible for attachment to plate carriers and tactical gear. At just 5.35" overall and 1.81 oz, the 177SN is the backup carry knife that goes where a larger fixed blade can't.
