Where the black Cerakote variants command attention through stealth, the 865-02 commands attention through elegance. The 3.45" upswept scimitar blade is crafted from CPM-S90V stainless steel (59-61 HRC) with a satin finish — a super steel with exceptional edge retention and corrosion resistance, now polished to a clean, reflective finish that showcases the quality of the steel and lets the blade's unique scimitar geometry take full visual center stage. The scimitar shape is optimized for hooking and slicing — the exaggerated curving belly rewards drawing cuts with outstanding efficiency. A flat grind and spine jimping with thumb ramp round out the blade package for confident, precise control.

The marbled carbon fiber handle scales flow with the curvature of the handle for a superior grip through quick movements and bigger cutting tasks, with aggressive texturing that feels as good as it looks. Dark copper PVD hardware throughout — including the AXIS Lock bar, thumb studs, and a chamfered copper PVD backspacer — completes the knife's bold, reptilian character and gives it an instantly recognizable warmth against the carbon fiber's organic swirls.
