We stock the majority of the items on the site. This means that we have same day shipping for items in stock on orders placed by 2:00PM Eastern Standard Time

How to handle returns of defective merchandise:
To file a claim for defective merchandise you have received, you must report the claim within 5 days of receiving the defective merchandise. You will receive a Return Authorization Number when you file the claim and you must have the Return Authorization Number displayed on the outside of all the returned packages. Returns will only be accepted with a Prior Authorization and Return Authorization Number. Please call our customer service team regarding defective or wrong items @ 1 800-548-9412.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Our goal is our customer's 100% satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your product. If you are not satisfied, just simply return the items within 14 days in its original condition and we will refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling). Simply call us within 14 days of your item receipt and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number and gladly arrange for you to ship the item back for a refund. Of course, special order items may require a deposit and may not be returnable based on the item and terms at the time of purchase.

We are happy to ship your item via UPS, or USPS Mail and USPS Priority Mail, based on the size and price of the item. You orders can be tracked online on our webstore at www.ClassicBlades.com.

Merchandise Damaged or Lost in Transit:
ClassicBlades.com is not responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in transit. You must retain the complete whole package for carrier inspection and you must notify the carrier promptly of the claim.
